Play Therapy for Kids

Helping Kids Heal, Grow, and Express Through Play

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling, but that doesn’t mean they are not feeling them. Play is a child’s natural language, and through it, they can express emotions, work through challenges, and learn new coping skills.

At Anchored in Healing, we use age-appropriate play therapy to help children feel safe, understood, and supported as they navigate big feelings, life changes, or difficult experiences. This is a way for them to communicate when they may not have the words to do so.
