Womens Betrayed Partner Group

You Are Not Alone. You Are Not Crazy. You Can Heal.

Discovering that your partner has betrayed your trust — whether through infidelity, pornography, sexual addiction, or emotional affairs — can leave you reeling. You may feel hurt, angry, confused, numb, or completely shattered. You might question your worth, your reality, or even your sanity. These are normal reactions to trauma. And you don’t have to face them alone. At Anchored in Healing, our Betrayed Partners Support Group provides a safe and supportive space to process your pain, gain clarity, and begin rebuilding your sense of self after relational betrayal.

Who This Group is For

This group is designed for individuals who have:

What to Expect

You are the expert of your own life and your own healing. There is no expectation about what you should or shouldn’t do with your relationship. Whether you choose to stay, leave, or are still unsure, you are welcome in this space, just as you are.

This group is about you. Your safety, your healing, your voice, and your empowerment.

We are here to walk alongside you, not to steer you. There is no “right” choice only the choice that is right for you.

Whatever path you choose, you will be met with compassion, respect, and unwavering support. As we hold this sacred healing space together group topics include and are not limited to some of the following.

Why This Group Matters

Betrayal trauma often brings deep isolation. You may feel like no one understands what you’re going through. In this group, you’ll be met with compassion, clarity, and connection. Healing doesn’t mean rushing to forgive or being told you need to trust again. It means learning to stand on solid ground again.

You Deserve to Heal

No matter where you are in the process, discovery, crisis, or rebuilding, there is a path forward. You are not broken. You are not alone.
