For Parents Seeking Court-Involved Services

If you are a parent seeking supervised visitation, reunification therapy, co-parenting support, or other court-ordered services, this page outlines the services offered, professional scope, and referral process.

Court-involved services are typically provided pursuant to court order or written agreement of the parties.

Professional Scope & Role Clarity

Services provided by Anchored in Healing include clinical, therapeutic, and court-authorized supportive services, delivered within clearly defined professional roles and scope. Supervised visitation and parent coordination services are non-therapeutic unless explicitly designated as therapeutically supported or court-ordered treatment.

The practice works collaboratively with attorneys, Guardians ad Litem, and the court while maintaining neutrality, ethical boundaries, and role clarity. Anchored in Healing does not provide legal advice, legal representation, custody evaluations, parenting plan evaluations, or custody recommendations, unless explicitly ordered by the court and within the provider’s scope of practice.
