Infidelity Recovery & Full Disclosure Intensive

Healing Takes Time, but Honesty Makes Healing Possible

Discovering infidelity shatters the foundation of trust in a relationship. Whether it was an affair, compulsive sexual behavior, pornography use, or emotional betrayal, healing is possible, but it must begin with honest truth, safety, and care.

At Anchored in Healing, we offer structured, therapist-guided support for couples navigating the devastating impact of betrayal and working toward full repair and restoration. Our Full Disclosure Process is a powerful, intentional step toward honesty, accountability, and healing.

The Impact of Infidelity

Infidelity doesn’t just break trust, it breaks identity, safety, and emotional connection. Couples in the aftermath often feel:
These are normal reactions to relational trauma, and healing them takes time, support, and truth.

What Is a Full Disclosure?

Full Disclosure is a structured, therapist-led process in which the partner who has betrayed the relationship shares a complete, factual account that broke trust, so the betrayed partner can finally stop guessing and start healing. This is NOT a free-for-all confession. It is a clinical, contained, and compassionate process rooted in trauma-informed care.

What the Full Disclosure Process Includes:

Who Is This For?

Couples who may benefit from a Full Disclosure process:

Why It Matters

Trying to move forward without disclosure often leads to:

Safety & Structure First

We understand that disclosure can feel overwhelming and risky for both partners. That’s why we take every step slowly and carefully, with:

A complete, compassionate disclosure allows the betrayed partner to make informed decisions, begin trauma recovery, and regain agency, while giving the offending partner a chance to take responsibility and begin rebuilding trust.

There Is Hope After Betrayal

Couples do recover. With the right support, many experience deeper connection, rebuilt trust, and renewed intimacy after disclosure and therapy.

You don’t have to live in the shadows of secrecy, fear, or confusion anymore.

Structure & Scheduling

We offer several intensive formats:
  • Half-Day (3 hours) (typically from 9:00-12:00 or from 1:00 to 4:00)
  • Full-Day (6 hours) (typically 9:00 – 4:00 with a 1-hour beak for lunch. We will also have structured breaks throughout the day and can have more as needed).
  • Multi-Day Intensive Format (We normally do 3-day intensives or 5-day intensives, however we can customize a plan that works for you)

Each intensive includes:

  • Assessments to help us cater a plan that fits your specific needs
  • Personalized preparation materials- books, workbooks, materials.
  • The intensive sessions with different members of our team with different specializations.
  • Post-intensive integration session

It is recommended that intensives be done in person to get the most out of it and for it to be the most beneficial. However, it would be possible to do a virtual intensive if needed.
